I’m a 25 year old woman living in the UK, learning to cope with life’s challenges and navigating some tricky mental health problems. This is my little space on the interwebs for talking about all things wellness, inside and out, as I fumble my way along a wibbly road to wellness.
For me, fitness is an essential tool in managing my mental health. I love to box but I also enjoy general gym-bunnying, strength training and yoga. I try to eat healthy and am interested in nutrition but struggle with disordered eating and a *cough* “challenging” relationship with food. I’m no expert, but this blog is full of the things I’m learning along the way to being a happier healthier me.
I hope that what you find here will encourage, inspire and comfort you. Most of all, know that, whatever your struggles, this is a safe space to find some solidarity, understanding and advice. So come on in and make yourself at home! 🙂
